片中用一些实例展示了一些积极心理学的观点。其实就像《抗压力》的作者所说，积极心理学的知识和“老奶奶的智慧”很相似，经过科学论证而得出的判断中很多都并非什么新奇道理。不过光是看那些快乐的人们就很受感染，当然那些被霸陵的孩子也让人心疼。没有电视和网络以前什么使我们快乐？没有翻译太痛苦

感觉探讨的深度比较肤浅，太依靠个例，难以generalize. 全片看完除了感叹某几个主要人物命途简直太多舛以外，留不下什么深刻印象。印象最深的反而是美国南方那家人家聚众吃的螃蟹，啊我也想吃。

虽然说的都是如假包换的真知灼见，但就是老生常谈没有新意，沿着预期的轨迹规规矩矩前行一路到底，像是读了那种成功学的书一样不满足
